Vintage 90s Cottagecore Vested Blue Dress size M

This vintage 90s Carolina Bay dress is a size medium. This dress is shades of blue with a floral theme. It has a built in vest, falls to maxi length, has short sleeves and ties at the back. It’s rayon and hand wash only. This dress has Hawaiian cottagecore vibes and is in good vintage condition. Flaws Some yellow marks i have not treated. Note: All vintage items are going to have signs of wear.
