Vintage 90s Cowl Neck Black Midi Dress size small

This vintage 90s Blind Date dress is a size small. This dress is black with an empire waist and cowl neck. Its semi sheer (lined), falls to midi length, is polyester and hand wash only. This dress has fairy vibes and is in good vintage condition. Flaws some marks i have not treated. Note: All vintage items are going to have signs of wear.
