Vintage 90s Dark Red Iridescent Two-Piece Prom or Homecoming Dress - 11/12

Stunning two-piece dark red iridescent formal dress by Be Smart. Vintage and worn once in 1999 or 2000. Top has an open back and a fun glittery snakeskin print. Back has elastic straps that give some extra room for bust/chest. Top piece would fit more like a crop top on someone taller. My mannequin is set for a shorter torso. Dry cleaned before listing. Dress is in great condition for its age - just some minor seam pulling at skirt pleats as pictured. Measurements (all taken flat): Bust: 16.5” Waist - 14" Hips - Open Length - Top 12” without straps, Skirt 44” My mannequin measures 38" at the bust and 32.25" in the waist. Top was very snug on mannequin and skirt wouldn’t zip all the way as seen in photos. This seems to run small for an 11/12.
