Vintage 90’s Denim Button Front MIDI Dress w Striped Fabric Collar and Cuffs

This dress is. Dream! It looks like it’s totally 1990’s Tommy Hilfiger but it’s not. Buttons up the front. Has a red white and blue striped fabric collar and cuffs that are notoriously 90’s grunge. No major flaws. I would say this fits a medium best because of the material. Measurements lying flat: Bust: 18" Waist: 17" Length: 48"
