EVC, has gems at bottom front of each strap. Straps NOT adjustable. 75% Rayon/ 25% Polyester, made in USA. Has side zipper and faux lace back. 2 layers total. Flaws: hole on inside of zipper about 1 1/2 inches from top. tiny hole starting on left side of label. 3 gems on front have lost their luster.
