This vintage inspired 1990s spaghetti strap dress is made from a stretchy polyester. It has gorgeous serging and patch work details. The fabric is sheer so it is perfect for the beach or for layering an under slip, or even wearing out for club night with a cute pair of spandex shorts and bralette!
