Vintage 90's ESPRIT Black Suede Midi Skirt (SIZE 10/11)

This skirt is a beautiful piece! I found it at an estate sale in Berkeley, where all the items were from the late 80's through the early 2000's. This is obviously a 90's piece (trust me, I lived through it). The suede is in PERFECT condition, however, it does need a dry clean. Any spots seen are not damage, but simple and small dry cleaning needs. The black looks richer IRL than in the photos. The front button seems a little loose. A dry cleaner could fasten easily and cheaply if you don't have the skills. Zip-fly with a button top. Built-in satin slip. Front and back pockets (all 4 are usable). Belt loops that look like you could wear with or without a belt. Measurements are: Waist: 30" Length: 19" Hip: 40" The "official" size is a size 11, however, sizes have changed since the 90's. Measurements still line up to be about a size 11, however, there's no give and the skirt does appear small for a size 11. I'm a size 13/14 and it's hard to imagine I'm one size away. There's no stretch or give. So, I'm saying this runs small (more like between a size 10 and 11). Please note. This is a bomb piece! A lifelong closet staple. Bundle multiple items in my closet to save, and to save on shipping!
