Vintage 90/ ‘Jacqueline Ferrar’ white cotton blend button down blouse with embroidered dots, zig zags and fleur de lis. Button panel is hidden, 2.75” side slits at hem of shirt. 23” overall length 16” shoulder to shoulder 21” underarm to underarm Size tag is M. True to size. Could fit size S also for an oversized fit.
