@jennifer9319 , it's just the jacket. The pants had been altered all the way down to about a size 4.

@jennifer9319 , I apologize for the wait, but I was finally able to catch up with my seamstress today. She said there is enough of a fabric allowance for the pants to be let out about 2 inches in the waist. That would probably leave them at about a 30 inch waist.
