Vintage 90s pink floral garden print maxi dress from Express. Features cap sleeves, scoop back and neckline and full sweeping skirt. This dress is perfect for twirling! Would look great with a petticoat as well. Great condition. Tagged size 5/6. Best fit size small. Model is 5'3 size S/M (28in waist). This was a little snug for me.
