*Vintage* 90's Express button up floral midi dress

Express brand vintage piece from the 1990's era! Super fun black and white polka dot material with multicolored floral print on top of that. Midi length dress that buttons all down the front. Thicker tank straps and v-neck neckline. Smocking on the upper back for a fitted look with extra stretch. Size 9/10. Measures about 18 inches across bust (plus some stretch), 16 inches across waist, and 50 inches overall length. In excellent used condition with no spots, holes, or flaws! One button may have been replaced since it doesn't completely match the others (last picture).
