Vintage 90s Fashion Bug Red Embroidered Beaded Flutter Sleeve Top sz M

This top by Fashion Bug is vintage 90s and in good condition except for a puck on the lower right side (shown in the last 2 pictures.) There is no size tag, but I wear a small/ medium or 4/6 and it fit me. **Please see measurements though.** I believe the fabric to be polyester and perhaps a blend as there is stretch to the material. The neckline is a V crossover design to an empire waist. There is black floral embroidery and beaded detail on the chest. Short flutter sleeves and hem have black contrast stitching on the edges. Size estimate is medium. Pit to pit: 17" Length: 21" D
