Vintage 90s Flora Kung black & white floral silk midi skirt. Pencil skirt at the top and a chiffon lower portion with flared asymmetrical hem. Marked size 8 fits 27-28” waist. Just shy of 14” across waistband without stretch, 38” length. 20” across hips. Has some stains in various spots but the print is busy, so they are not too noticeable. See last photos.
