Vintage 90s Floral Betsey Johnson Mini Dress with Sailor Collar

I LOVE this dress. I wish I could keep it, but it just doesn’t fit me in the bust and is too short. It’s a size medium, but I would recommend it more for a true small (2/4). I usually wear an 8, and my measurements are 36/30/41, and it does not fit me. It’s in perfect condition.
