Vintage 90’s Floral Black & Blue Roses Rayon Long Flare Flowy Maxi Skirt. Beautiful flare out at bottom cut, great for someone tall. Marked Size 6 but runs small, vintage tends to run small. Waistband measures approximately 26 inches, fabric is non-stretch. Fits more like a small or 2-4. Approximately 40 inches from top to bottom. Excellent vintage condition and gorgeous print.
