Vintage 90’s Floral Grunge Cotton Ribbed Mini Dress

Beautiful sunflowers classic 90s style. Fitted through the bust and waist and slight flare at the bottom. I’m modeling it as an XS pinned in the back. I was going to tailor it to fit me but am too worried or ruining it. Paper tag is faded but fits as a modern large to extra large in juniors. Very mild wash wear. Great shape for its age.
