A vintage dress from the late 1980's to 1990's Semi-fitted sheath dress with V neck collar and button down front. Long sleeves and padded shoulders. Basque cut waist and slightly gathered hips. Black base with deep red roses, green, purple lilacs and hints of white. Gold and black rose center plastic buttons.
