Vintage 90's burnout style floral rose print dress with short sleeves. Also features center seam down the back. Made in the USA! Tag says size large but better fits a small. Excellent pre-owned condition. 92% nylon and 8% spandex. Pit to pit measures approximately 17" and the length measures approximately 37".
