Vintage 1990's blue floral satin jacquard dress. The original pendant was missing and I replaced it with a star pendant. Circular keyhole on the chest surrounded by a filigree applique. Corset back tie that cinches the waist tighter. Flutter sleeves. Functional covered buttons down the front. Not lined. Label is New Frontier. Rayon fabric, no stretch to fabric.
