Vintage 90's black formal gown. Pencil skirt fit with halter (one piece). Bust and neck straps are covered in sequins. I have not found any missing sequins. The hooks around the neck are there, but could use a tighter sew. There is one small seam rip in the back where the split is. No size listed, but It would fit like a size small.
