Vintage 90s Fringe Dress

This is one of my funky poetry performance dresses especially for summer evening as it is a cool all rayon shell of black eyelet and scattered sequins that has a unique shark tail fringe to the bottom of the dress and is fully lined in polyester for comfortable wear! The back neckline is lower than the front and it is a perfect but definitely not your average little black dress for any occasion! Just dry cleaned and pressed! Pit to pit 18” Waist 18”
