Vintage 90’s Gillian Black Silk Fit/Flare Halter neck. Pleated skirt selfbelted dress 8 please review measurements as this is a vintage 8 and runs smaller than current sizing. GUC This is a gorgeous, glamorous dress. Perfect for parties or dinner out but I think you could also wear it to or with a little sweater and flats.
