Vintage-1990s styled "Phoebe" maxi skirt with white polka dots. This straight skirt is by H&M Divided & retro skirt has a flat front waistband with elastic on the back. It has beltloops, but no belt, and a side zipper. Skirt has a slit on the left side, 18" to hem. As measured flat the waist is 15" and the length is 32.5". In great condition and size 10.
