VINTAGE “Harem Pants” "Turkish Trousers” “Parachute Pants” “Hammer Time Pants!” These were incredibly popular in 1990! Today, you see athletes such as dancers and gymnasts wearing the dropped crotch. I love the green color too! The elastic waist can stretch to many waist sizes-Measurements in photos 11 inches to 24 inches. 22 waist to 48 waist.
