Vintage 90’s Hand Sewn Designer Dress

Hand sewn iridescent light blue sleeveless zip front dress. Reverse side of fabric is golden yellow. I purchased this dress in the late 90’s in the East Village nyc from a small designer. The dress was only worn a few times. There are some stains on bottom left front-see last photo.
