Vintage 90s Harold’s maxi skirt

Elegant and flowy 90s skirt. Soft sage green with tiny white polka dots. Two front patch pockets with shell buttons. Fully lined. Hidden back zipper. Seam is barely starting to open at base of zipper- see pic. Waist 13.25” flat Length 38”
