Vintage 90’s High Waist Striped Shorts Grunge New Measurements are taken flat and in inches: Waist: 15 Inseam: 8 Flaws: A few loose threads around the button hole and seams. Possible color bleeding. Details: Deadstock, with tags 90s Lei shorts. 100 percent cotton, five pockets, with alternating dark and light blue stripes. I can't tell if there is some color bleeding or if the lighter blue stripes on the shorts were intended to be that shade. I think it was intentional. Bag C24
