Vintage 90s High-Waisted, Pleated, Navy Skirt

From back in my college days! It's a pleated, navy corduroy skirt that sits high on the waist (or at natural waist). In excellent condition! Says it's size 11, feels to me more like a 6. Brown buttons up the front left side. Hits just above/at knee on me (I'm just under 5'5").
