Vintage 90s J.R. Nites by Caliendo. Black. Size 10

This is an elegant velvet, faux wrap blouse from the 90s. In great condition. The waist is cinched with a silver buckle that's adorned with clear stones. The satin collar lifts at the back of the neck. The sleeves cuff just above the wrist. There is a button placed to close the chest a little higher but can be removed.
