This jacket is crafted from a soft blue rayon/polyester blend, and features a lace ruffle collar in pastel rainbow shades, sprinkled with sequins. The shoulder has embellishments of beaded roses, and embellished sleeves. Missing shoulder pads. This jacket is meant to be worn open, but could be tied at the waist with a belt (not included).
