Vintage 90’s Lew Magram skirt set, NWT!

Dark navy (easily mistaken as black) and tan/beige scroll-design skirt set, never worn, straight out of the 90’s! Always stored hanging in closet, non-smoking home. Gives Carmella Soprano vibes! Two pieces: skirt has elastic waist and is slit to about the knee. Top is a button-down vest permanently affixed to a flowing, elegant overshirt which has shoulder pads. Material is 100% rayon, non-stretch. Hand wash, size XL.
