Vintage 90s Loewe’s Madrid cream leather shirt. Small- see measurements

Helping my MIL clean out her closets. This is a vintage leather Loewe’s Madrid skirt. Leather is soft. I consider the color to be cram or ivory? Side zipper and button closure. Measurements lying flat: length 22.25”, waist 13.5”, hips 18.5”. Stored in a dark climate controlled closet. 2 very minor spots - see pics- they are hardly visible- picture before the label shows the visibility. The skirt is fully lined. Smoke free home
