90s black and tan micro check high waist trousers. Side pockets. Fully lined. Material unknown, likely a rayon blend. They have a nice weight to them and a "woven" type texture. Made in USA for BILL BURNS. Label reads size 16 but fits more like current-day 14, see measurements below. 34" waist 48" hips 15-1/2" rise 32" inseam Good vintage condition with light signs of use and age.
