Vintage 90s NWT Whimsigoth Pleated Lined Patchwork Print Skirt Witchy Boho M

Fully lined elastic waist, sheer broomstick pleat skirt. The elastic waist has a drawstring for a perfect fit. Still has the original TJ Maxx tags which look older so I believe this skirt is from the 90s or early 2000s. Excellent condition. See photos for complete details and dimensions. PLEASE NOTE: this skirt says its a small, but it looks like it runs very large! Make sure you check the dimensions, I would say it would fit a medium to a large, but given the waist is drawstring its probably fine for a small through large regular womens size.
