Vintage 90’s Navy Blue Mini High Neck Beaded Dress

CDC vintage 90’s mini dress. Navy blue, with floral detail and light beading on front bottom hem. Simple design. High neckline, with short thin straps (which can be a little tight under the arms). Zipper down the back. It has beautiful darting to hug your curves. Vintage size 14, measuring like a modern 10. See photos for measurements. Fabric does have a slight stretch to it. Bust approximately 36 inches. Waist approximately 32 inches. Hips approximately 38 inches.
