Vintage 90s Navy Star Spangled Shimmery Open Back Halter Top

Vintage 90s navy shimmer open back top by White Moon. Super sexy club top. Halter style with a cowl neck and tie straps. Has an Americana star print and all over shimmery sequins. Please note, there are several areas on the top that are missing sequins. Tagged size small, but can definitely fit a range of sizes with the adjustable straps. Model is 5'3 size S/M (27in waist).
