Vintage 90s Niki by Niki Livas Little Black Cocktail Dress

Really cute early early 90s with union tags dress by Niki Livas. Black with what almost looks like garland details that make it look sparkly. Sleeves are lace and sheer and body is lined. Dress is nylon and lining polyester. Has a sweet heart style neckline and shoulder pads. Zippers up back. This is a form hugging mini dress but not super short. Size 6. Great vintage condition I don’t see any holes stains or tears but there is some strings around wrist. Nothing major refer to pics
