Vintage 90’s No Boundaries Flare Pants

Vintage 90’s No Boundaries flare velvety feel pants. Color is really hard to capture on camera, tag photo shows it best. They’re like a black with a deep red/maroon tint. Tagged medium, see measurements. Appears to run a bit small but they do have stretch. Good preowned condition. Small hole sewn on back of left leg. Polyester / Nylon / Spandex. Made in the USA
