Vintage 90s Nylon Windbreaker

Vintage nylon windbreaker from Italian designer Sergio Tacchini in good condition. Colored sewn on striped on the shoulders. Elastic around the wrists and bottom. Bottom measurement is taken unstretched. It's got these felt sort of things sewn in on the inner shoulders. I have no idea what their function is. The tag is pretty faded but I can make out nylon and polyester, just not sure what percentage. It's got some pilling and loose threads on the inner lining. The graphics on the front and back are definitely faded, but I think that makes it look kinda cool. Please let me know if you would like measurements!
