Vintage 1993 oversized pullover by The Eagle's Eye. Black body with red trim, and featuring a Scottish teddy bear on the front. Reminds me of the Ralph Lauren teddy bear, but maybe he just wandered over to visit the Eagle's nest? Cute bear with a Scottish tam, red and white Fair Isle sweater, and tartan kilt. Cute little boots with actual tassels. Pompom on hat is also real and not just knit in intarsia. Long sleeves, loosely knit with lots of drape. Dropped sleeves.
