Vintage 90s Papell Boutique Heavily Beaded Top

This is a beautiful heavily beaded black and navy blue top from the 90s. It's in good vintage condition. From the brand Papell Boutique Evening. Measurements: -Armpit to Armpit: 20 inches - Waist: 16.5 inches Measurements are taken laid flat. Please note that the top is clipped back in the first photo to illustrate the hem of the top, the second photo is a more accurate fit gauge since my dress form is quite small.
