Vintage 90's Penny lane gingham Romper

The vintage gingham and floral print romper of your dreams! The legs are made with an extra panel of fabric so that they flare out away from you leg and look is just darling, if this fit me better I would be keeping it. The fabric is cotton and polyester so it has stretch. The bow and button details in from are so cute those buttons are not functional. the closure is a row of buttons in the back.
