Vintage 90’s Pier 1 imports passports black vest SZ M

Black vest by Pier One Imports Passports. This is from the early 90s. In perfect condition this is made of like a light chiffon type fabric it’s slightly sheer but double lined in the front and back. Button closure. Pit to pit measurement 20 inches and the length of vest is 22 inches.
