Vintage 90s Pink Body Con Cut Out Mini Dress Sz 4 Petite

This beautiful mini dress is pink with cut outs on the chest that are detailed with clear rhinestone buttons. It has padded shoulders and is fully lined. Chest 34”, Waist 28”, Hip 34”, Shoulder to Shoulder 13”, Shoulder to Hem 34”, Waist to Hem 20” It has a small dot on the left sleeve (see photo), otherwise is in excellent very gently worn condition.
