Short sleeve with gathered shoulders. Has original belt. Elasticized waist. Pleated skirt. Made by Andrea Gayle Petites, a division of Leslie Fay, this piece most likely dates from the 1990s. It is a vintage size 10. Fabric is 100% polyester. This piece is in EXCELLENT vintage condition with the only issue being the matching belt appears not to match, but the dress is sheer and may require a slip underneath.
