Vintage 90s Plaid Pleated Skirt Size XS-S

Vintage 90s Plaid Pleated Skirt Size XS-S Perfect skirt that I am looking to find in my size! This one was sadly too small. Waist measures 26-27". Not super short - I'm 5'4" and it would be a few inches above my knees. Side zip and button closure. Brand is Stringbean Made in USA 60% rayon, 40% polyester Marked size 9/10 probably in juniors sizing. Please see photos for measurements.
