Vintage 90s Polo Jeans Co. short jeans jacket distressed size small (tag says M)

Measures a bit smaller than a modern medium at 18” pit to pit. Shoulder to waist is about 20” so a short jacket. Wear on cuff edges on the underside and holes in elbows. Lapels. Single vent on rear. Black buttons. Two open top pockets at the waist and a flap pocket over the right side one. These are functional.
