Vintage 90s Premier International Maxi Dress Sz 10

from my personal closet, bought around 1998 , lined with lining having a coordinating hem, black with purple Iris like larger floral pattern, size 10 with short cap sleeves. showing wear at hem in form of loose threads, not actually frayed or damaged yet, if it fit still I would just create a new hem but it doesn't necessarily need it yet. measurements are roughly 53" from shoulder to hem and about 16" pit to pit, waist 12" . pet friendly non smoking home
