Vintage 90s Preview Collection Silk Wool Cropped Turtleneck Sweater

Vintage cropped turtleneck sweater by Preview Collection. Silk/wool blend, ribbed, taupe brown with black/navy stripes. Labeled size small, but from the petites collection so see measurements in photos, shown on a small/4, probably would fit an xs nicely and a small depending on preference. The blend is mostly silk but I suspect that this was at some point washed too warm or dried in a dryer and shrunk a little? Sleeves are more like bracelet or 3/4 length, crop hits above my navel. Super cute and on trend! But a bit smaller than I prefer. Good overall vintage condition, the brand tag is coming unstitched. I have gone through and mended some spots where stitching had come loose, not too noticeable when worn. I also reinforced stitching at the underarms which is only visible if looking inside.
