Vintage 90's Ralph Lauren nautical skirt.

Vintage size 4 but more like a 00 in today's sizing. The waist is 11.5 inches across the top when layed flat and tied at smallest point. May be made looser. Super cute. Pair it with a blue and white tee and some cute flats. Add some bracelets ( check my closet) and you are ready for a Day by the shore. Buttons in front. Ties in back with a tiny back pocket. No missing buttons. There are two very very pale yellow marks I found while inspecting but I had to look closely.- really not noticeable.
